Christmas morning
He tilts his head. Everyone loses it.
His own bark, coming out of the tree. That’s the gift. The ornament is just how it gets there.
Picture it. Wrapping paper everywhere. You tap the little screen and his bark plays from the tree. Maybe he tilts his head. Everyone else definitely laughs.

Questions
How do I send my video?+
After checkout, we email you a link. Upload from any phone, no cable or app needed. We load it, test it and ship it.
How long can my video be?+
Up to about 5 minutes per clip, and about 10 minutes in total.
Will my pet react to it?+
Lots of dogs perk up when they hear their own bark or your voice, but every pet is different, so we can’t promise a reaction. You’ll still stop and smile every time it plays.
Can I put more than one pet on it?+
Yes. It’s your video, so put the whole crew in one clip.
Does it play sound?+
Yes. There’s a built-in speaker, so you’ll hear every bark and purr.
How long does the battery last?+
About 2–4 hours of playing per charge. To keep it on all evening, plug it in with the included USB-C cable.
Will it arrive before Christmas?+
Order by Dec 1 for Christmas delivery. It ships 1–2 days after we load your video and arrives in 7–15 business days. Free US shipping on every order. Shipping policy.
Is it heavy for my tree?+
It weighs about 300g. Hang it on a sturdy inner branch, or use the stand.
Is it safe around pets?+
Hang it on a higher, sturdy branch out of reach of paws and tails, and keep the charging cable tucked away. It’s an ornament, not a toy.
What if it arrives damaged or won’t play?+
We’ll replace it. Every order is covered by our 30-day easy returns. Refund policy.
Is my video private?+
We use it only to load your ornament and delete it once your order ships. Privacy policy.
Does it work with iPhone?+
Yes. You upload from your phone through our link; there’s nothing to plug in.
