1. Who we are

This store is operated by HueMe™, 350 Indiana St Ste 550, Golden CO 80401, United States. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Products

HueMe™ Shade-Adapting Foundation Stick is a cosmetic product. It provides cosmetic coverage only. It is not a drug, it is not sunscreen, and we make no medical or therapeutic claims about it. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the product in person.

3. Patch test

As with any cosmetic, test on a small area of skin before full use. Stop using it if irritation occurs. If you have a known skin condition or sensitivity, check with your doctor first.

4. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full. We may limit or refuse any order.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment processing. We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping and returns

7. Subscriptions

Where a subscribe-and-save option is offered, it is billed on the interval shown at checkout and you may cancel at any time before the next billing date by emailing admin@vivaura.net.

8. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own and you grant us permission to display it. We may remove content that is unlawful or misleading.

9. Intellectual property

The HueMe™ name, logo, copy, photography and site design are ours. Don't reproduce them without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
