Where's my order?

You'll get a confirmation email the moment you order, and a second email with a tracking number once it ships (usually 1–2 business days later). Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan.

If it's been more than 7 business days with no movement, email us your order number and we'll chase the carrier for you. Delivery estimates are on the Shipping page.

Shade didn't match?

Email us within 60 days and we'll replace the shade or refund you in full — used or unused, and you keep the stick. Details on the Returns & 60-Day Shade Match Guarantee page.
