Free US shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all US orders. There is no minimum. International orders ship for a flat $9.95.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery estimates

United States: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Canada, UK, EU and Australia: typically 10–20 business days after dispatch.
Rest of world: typically 12–25 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs and peak periods can add time.

Tracking

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan after you receive the number. If it hasn't moved after 7 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

Customs and duties

Orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. Those charges are not included in the price you paid and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need an address corrected. After that the order may already be in fulfillment.

Lost or undelivered

If your order is marked delivered but you don't have it, or it hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, email admin@vivaura.net and we'll replace it or refund you.
